Sports and travel (part 2)

In comparison with singles travel, there are certain rules regulating organization and realization of sports travel. These rules accumulate experience of many travelers' generations. Therefore if you observe them you will be guaranteed the level of safety achieved in sports tourism. This system is supervised by special qualifying commissions which check readiness of group to an output on a route and conformity of experience of participants in travel with its complexity.

Besides, travel is categorized into several types, from travel for beginners to extreme travel for experienced and the strongest travelers. Extreme mountaineering can be climbing 7000 meter mountains and extreme ski tourism can be covering several hundred kilometers in severe frosty weather through endless mountain ridges.

It is clear that an extreme sport is one that is done in a way that has much more risk and so is more dangerous than an ordinary form of the sport. Far from being crazy, people who do extreme sports are usually very in control, but love the excitement. And that is the difference between peaceful singles travel and crazy sports tourism!

Nowadays you can go on sport travel to any place you like and everyone (who has got enough experience and has already been the travel instructor once) can lead an expedition. The rest of participants must have some experience in any kinds of sports tourism (surfing, skiing or some other kinds). To become an experienced and extreme sports traveler it is enough go on two travels a year during five or six years. Then you can lead any travel you want.

Sports tourism is not just a sort of sports. Like singles travel it enables you to get acquainted with culture of the people living in the place you travel to. You have a rare chance to enjoy watching wonderful landscapes and sceneries and experience the feeling of being a researcher, an earliest explorer. It is true that living in epoch of air photography there is little room for discovery, but it is still possible to visit the palaces man has never trod in.
