Policy of flower delivery services

When you decide to send flowers to your lady using international flower delivery service you should know about its terms. Sure, the terms are different in different flower delivery services but still there are some common ones that you will come across with in each agency.

In the case the order cannot be done by reasons independent of agency (for example, absence of certain kind of flowers because of the season) the representatives of the agency have a right to change the flower on similar or some other one of better quality. You don't have to pay extra fee for this. In the case when the addressee didn't specify his (her) address the shop, which is carrying out your order, leaves a card with the request to contact it.

In the case of cancellation of the order the day before it is supposed to be done no money is returned to you. The paid money won't come back to you if it impossible to deliver flowers to you by following reasons: wrong contact information, the absence of addressee (if she has left or moved), the wrong information of the sender that make it impossible to communicate with him, addressee refused to take the flowers.

If the order doesn't go through by the fault of the agency, you will be made a refund.
